Just because your PC has 8GB of ram doesn't mean that games can access all of that. Windows eats up a good chunk of it on its own. I'd highly suggest upgrading your RAM capacity. 8 really isn't enough nowadays, 16 should be the bare minimum to aim for. To put it into perspective, the game is currently using 9GB of my 16GB.
